I also have the same problem, it's difficult to shift between gears. Not everytime, but sometimes it's difficult to change gears and I shouldn't have to push so hard

From what I've read, I think the problem lies with the CVT gearbox. For the gears to engage properly, the gearbox has to be perfectly tuned and the secondary clutch can't rotate, etc.

So it seems to me that the problem lies with the factory. This is a new product, it's their first model and they still haven't got the assembly process 100 % right on this sensitive component.

When I bought it, I already knew about this problem, which is not exclusive to Segway, and a new machine shouldn't require the mechanic to disassemble the CVT box to check that everything is tuned correctly, but i think some units require that

Yeah, but the warranty is for that! You build a machine, then find mistakes, and later you fix the mistakes.
Hope Someone on Segway read this comments and DO SOMETHING about it, not just the typical run to the next service, all ATV do this and more EXCUSES from the OFICIAL sellers and boxes.

You sell bad assembly products, you recognise it and fix it. SEGWAY's turn!

Update on Segway Primary Clutch issues. According to the dealer where I bought my 570 Snarler. They have replaced 3 Primary Clutches due to failure and have an additional 4 on back order (mine included) to be replaced. Service adviser stated the Segway is aware of and acknowledge that there is a product defect. As such all new 2022 , 2023 models will be built using a different style CVT clutch I believe. So for anyone experiencing shifting issues I would advise that you have it looked at and replaced if it's found to be such. Hope this hel
Do you (or anyone) happen to know which is the new CVT clutch that is being installed by looking at the cover? I have a reason to believe the new one is the cover on the right (circled in red), I'm looking at buying a Snarler and want to make sure it has the updated CVT!

I’m having problem with changing from D to R or at all while the transmission is under resistance, for instance standing still in a hill, or on uneven ground.
I have to use force to change gear, or try to get the driveline free from load before changing gear.
It almost feels like i’m bending the gearstick.
When the driveline is without resistance it works properly.
The quad has to roll freely the last meter or so without any throttle to even make it possible to switch gear.
Does anyone else experienced the same?
Mine is 2023 and I have had this issue since the first snow fall

I disagree, Since the gear arrangement is park-reverse-neutral-high-low and the gear gets stuck in low so it does not go into neutral what you suggest as a solution does not work. without moving the machine I can go from park to low and the lever will not disengage easily
The easiest way is to turn it off then the shifter moves easily. NOT THE WAY A NEW BIKE SHOULD WORK
