Hi all, I have recently purchased a brand new Segway Snarler GS B and I am already having issues with it. It has done less that 10 hours and 70 miles and when I took it out for a run on Sunday, it completely died on me when I returned. Now when I turn the key the dash just flashes and indicates the battery is low and it will not start. After fully externally recharging the battery the problem persists. There is 12.6 volts on the battery (indicating fully charged) but when i turn the key this drops to less than 9 volts? Does anyone have any ideas? I suspect the battery but indications show me this is good? I am a little upset that I have only had this a few weeks and i am having issues even before I have run in the engine? I would be grateful for any advice.

Hey @soapymcwatson welcome to the forum. Sorry to her about your issues with your Snarler. You're not the only one that's had issues with it. Another member had an ECM issue and had trouble starting their Snarler.

Is your Snarler under warranty?

So i have just about 1000km on my segway and almost had it a year. Drove in both summer and winter. Snow, mud, rock, gravel, and water, its really great and performs alright however ,Stuff that I've found so far is -belts slipping in water. -Oil pressure sensor fault. - Wrong oil from factory...

At the moment I am talking with the dealer and he has offered me a new battery replacement. I will update when I have swapped it out.
