I recently purchased a Segway X160 ebike. Unfortunately, my new puppy decided to chew on the rear brake cable. I have contacted the dealer and they have been unable to get me a replacement part and have been no help. They haven't even replied to my last emails. I have tried other vendors with no luck.

Does anyone out there know how a can get a new rear brake cable?
