Hello everyone just joined today I’m located in eastern Oregon.
I purchased my Segway fugleman last month and having problems.App won’t Bluetooth to machine should be simple but I have tried everything nothing works any suggestions?

Good morning. We had that problem initially as well. We bought a 2022 used model. Is the app not being allowed to be found to your VIN? If that's the problem, someone else, possibly a service technician, has bound their phone to the vehicle. They have to be the ones to undo that. If you purchased from a dealer, give them a call.

Thanks for responding to my question Lockdown. Yes took awhile but finally tracked down right employee and they unbound the app. I was than able to create an account but all is not well app won’t Bluetooth to machine keeps saying can’t find bluetooth box. I’ve tried everything have researched online for ideas no matter what I try nothing works this is a brand new machine pulling my hair out right now if anyone has any suggestions please share. I fully understand how Bluetooth works. I want to thank everyone for helping. Trying to avoid making a 4 hour drive back to Dealer. Have help from dealer but they are at a loss to.
