My Minipro was driven into a pool (by a friend's grandson) and quit working.
The problems found on teardown were: seized motor on one side due to corrosion; and shorted MOSFET (one of 12).
The motor was cleaned out and lubricated and seemed fine, but the MOSFET was nowhere to be found online. A search of Segway blogs suggested a substitute replacement -- NCEP01T13.
This is to confirm that the NCEP01T13 is a direct replacement for the factory MOSFET in the Minipro model N3M260.
Thanks to whoever made that suggestion. The unit is back in service as good as ever.
