So excited for my c80 eMoped. Delivery took 17 days, and like others online have said countless times, they provide no tracking info; someone just calls from the delivery company for coordination.

It was a beast to "unbox". After figuring out how to turn it on, I took it for a ride inside the building's garage (0.1 miles) only to realize the rear tire is flat! SO UPSET!

Chatted with agent (Chris) who was rude and condescending. Ended that chat and tried again; second agent (Alex) asked me for serial number, etc. and says they will ship out a new tire that will take at least a week! I don't know anything about tires, so how will I even replace it? :(
