I am very sorry. I am sad and angry. I was waiting for a month to get my hands on the new e110se segway, and the battery was dead. Damaged. She didn't praise the scooter, and when I went to charge her she wouldn't turn on any lights, and she was generally dead. It is not possible for a company like segway that advertises the quality of its products not to test the batteries before giving them to its customers. Now I will struggle without a reason to find a solution, and I will have to wait while I have paid enough money!
