They seem well built. The 18 month factory warranty is pretty reassuring and the fact that you can increase the warranty any time in that 18 months is what sold me. I haven't even gotten past the break in period on mine yet there's too much snow on the trails but so far I feel pretty confident in it. AT6SX

Oil pressure light came on the dash during a ride the other weekend, called the dealer while I was out on the trail after I checked my oil level which was good. They knew of the problem, certain sensors are sending the wrong signals to the dash so it wasn't an actual problem. Rode the rest of the day and took it in monday, they fixed it in about 15 minutes under warranty.

Overall liking this bike so far, I'd make the same purchase again at this point. I was between this and a Polaris 850, ended up picking this because it came with more options and it's more fuel efficient. Warranty is tough to beat as well 18 months with unlimited extensions as long as you do it while it's still active. I'll most likely get the extended warranty just because I like that added security but so far the only problems i've had is a blown out sidewall from a big rock(my fault) and the oil pressure sensor which was a non issue.

Rear differential seals are leaking on both sides, no seals in stock at the dealer I bought it from. That same week they lost their dealership status so I have to figure out a way to drop it off at a dealer 3 hours away.
There's a rattling coming from somewhere in the front I can't seem to find it, sounds like a washer moving around under a loose bolt or something.
Transmission is extremely clunky when starting all of the sudden it never did it before but now if you take off at a normal pace in high gear it's very jerky and you can hear chattering. If you take off fast it engages and stays engaged but moderate to slow it will chatter.

I was very happy with this machine starting out. But I'm now scared I bought something that's going to die off. Not because it's a bad machine but i've heard from over 3 dealerships that they're constantly battling with segway powersports canada to get reimbursed for their warranty claims. The warranty was the whole selling feature of these untested bikes. My local dealer within 40 minutes got their status taken away over some disputes and now the closest dealer is 3 hours away and talking with them they're also struggling and are owed over 35 grand in warranty work!
Tried trading in to a few dealerships but they either wouldn't be able to offer anything or they'd offer such a low price they know you wouldn't want to get rid of it for that.

I'd stay away from Segways. If I could do it all over again I would have went with a brand that's been around. I took a gamble and feel ripped off.

I d stay away, I have two that I bought for work, they don't get an easy life but well maintain, simple spare are hard to source, on to my second CVT now, on both quads and they are now having issues. Stiring rack bolt has snapped on both also. Look good, comfy to ride, just not reliable
