Maybe the interface is not plugged properly, if your main control cable is plugged properly
What did you do to fix it? I’m having the same problem nowNope... that wasnt it. I somehow fixed it

Sorry but I'm not going to unscrew things and unplug it just to show you the cables. Dont want it to act up again 😅 but yours looks like it's missing a pin. If you're not careful and align them correctly, they are very easy to bend. So I cut a line on the "wall" of the female cable to give it a bit of a wiggle room and then I taped it once done.could you show me the video or the picture of main control cable like this View attachment 172
I'm sorry to hear that and I know it can be extremely frustrating and the segway helpline is a joke. it took me a very long time to fix it but honestly cannot pin point one one thing that fixed it. Here is what I did:What did you do to fix it? I’m having the same problem now

can you describe more in detail what part you were able to remove to unplug the main cable from the battery. Having the same issue right now and really don’t want to send in to Segway. Any bit of advice is greatly appreciatedI'm sorry to hear that and I know it can be extremely frustrating and the segway helpline is a joke. it took me a very long time to fix it but honestly cannot pin point one one thing that fixed it. Here is what I did:
1. run down the battery completely
2. charge it again to 100%
3. unplug the cables from the "stem/handle bar"
4. tried to disassemble from the bottom of the scooter (unsuccessful) but was able to get some part out to be able to unplug the main cable from the batter (i guess). Let it sit for 5-10 mins or so and put it back up together and plug it in to charge again.
5. unpair the scooter from the app and pair it again
6. check for software upgrade and make sure everything is up to date
My problem started occurring after I wend over a "divot" and it kind of rattled the mainboard or something and I think disconnecting it from the "mainboard" was what did it, but getting to it is pain in the arss! I've been since enjoying it it and knock on the wood, no problems.
I hope this helps! Good luck ~
